STSPIN9P15 Overview

STSPIN9P15 is the 6 Arms, 27 mΩ version of ST's STSPIN9P1 75 V half-bridge motor driver, in the same 7 x 7 mm VFQFPN-49 as the 10 A parts. It keeps the IN/EN inputs and the integrated current limiter of STSPIN9P11 but uses smaller MOSFET dies, which suits lower-current motors on the same PCB footprint. ST lists it as Active; the STSPIN9P datasheet is DS15031 Rev 1 (September 2025).
