STSPIN9P21 Overview

STSPIN9P21 is the full-bridge member of ST's STSPIN9P series: four N-channel MOSFETs (27 mΩ typ, 6 Arms) plus gate drivers in a 9 x 7 mm VFQFPN, with INx/ENx inputs and an integrated current limiter. A single device drives a brushed DC motor or one stepper winding, so a dual-winding stepper needs two. The STSPIN9P2 sub-series is documented in DS15030 Rev 1; ST lists STSPIN9P21 as Active.
