STSPIN9P11 Overview

STSPIN9P11 is the 10 Arms, 16 mΩ member of ST's STSPIN9P1 half-bridge series, the company's first 75 V high-current motor drivers (datasheet DS15031 Rev 1, September 2025; presented on the ST blog on 1 October 2026). It combines one control die and two MOSFET dies in a 7 x 7 mm VFQFPN-49 and is driven with IN/EN inputs with an integrated current limiter. Two STSPIN9P1 devices form an H-bridge for brushed DC motors; three form a three-phase stage for BLDC. ST lists it as Active.
