P3B1602DP is NXP's 2-bit I3C bus buffer with automatic direction sensing and bidirectional voltage level translation between a low-voltage port A (0.72 V to 1.98 V) and a port B of 1.08 V to 3.63 V. NXP presented it on 14 October 2026 as the first dedicated I3C bus buffer. It passes I3C SDR and DDR at up to 12.5 MHz (and I2C/SMBus), tolerates up to 100 pF of bus load and comes in TSSOP8, 3 mm x 3 mm. NXP lists it as Active.
