AD9142ABCPZ is the tray orderable of Analog Devices' AD9142A, a dual 16-bit, 1600 MSPS TxDAC+ digital-to-analog converter for direct-conversion transmitters. It takes data over a flexible 16-bit LVDS interface at up to 575 MHz, with a data interface DLL, sample error detection and parity, and offers 2x/4x/8x interpolation, an fS/4 coarse mixer, an on-chip NCO, digital gain and phase adjustment for sideband suppression, inverse sinc filtering and a low-noise PLL clock multiplier. Analog Devices' application note AN-1342 describes the AD9142A as pin-compatible with the older AD9142 and the recommended product for new designs. It comes in a 72-lead LFCSP rated -40 °C to +85 °C.
