Every RFQ is answered within 24 hours; on WhatsApp the owner quotes within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 09:00–18:00 China time (UTC+8)). Each quote includes photos of the actual parts and the date code / lot label.

The file is read in your browser and pasted into the list above. Excel: save as CSV, or attach the .xlsx to an email.

What happens next: we check your parts and quantities, then reply by email within 24 hours (WhatsApp: 2 hours in business hours) with a quote that includes photos of the actual parts and the date code. Your BOM is used only to quote you and is never shared.
