24LC128-I/SN Overview

24LC128-I/SN is the industrial-temperature (I, -40 °C to +85 °C) 8-lead SOIC (SN, 3.90 mm) orderable of Microchip's 24LC128, a 128 Kbit (16K x 8) I2C serial EEPROM. The LC version runs from 2.5 V to 5.5 V at 100 kHz and 400 kHz, has a 64-byte page write buffer, self-timed write cycles of 5 ms max, more than 1 million erase/write cycles and more than 200 years data retention. Three address pins (A0-A2) allow up to eight devices on one bus, and the WP pin write-protects the whole array.
